The last 8 years of this has been providing engineering consultancy services to Council’s City Environments (ACE) in Land Development, assessing engineering requirements for Resource and Building Consents.
From 2006 to 2011, Das Consultanz expanded its services to provide Engineering, and Construction Services to private customers. During this period, it has designed and built many residential developments, including a 28-Townhouse development for New Zealand Housing Corporation.
In 2011, the company moved to its current office at 110 St Lukes Road, Sandringham; this allowed the company to grow and successfully provide Architectural, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Planning, and Construction to many customers.
